The Taekwon-Do training syllabus will improve your fitness, flexibility and self-confidence.
You will learn set self defence manoeuvres, and techniques ranging from basic punches to spectacular kicks. Taekwon-Do is well known for its impressive displays and dynamism. Another aspect of training is the mental side of practicing a martial art. You will learn the tenets of Taekwon-Do, and the philosophy and history behind them. Exercises are mainly practised alone therefore the body sets its own limits and injuries are rare.
